Triathlon, Running and cycling coach, Italian Triathlon Federation (FITRI) Level 1, Training Peaks® Level 2 certified coach. Endurance sports enthusiast with an ex-elite road cycling career (13 years from 1992 to 2005).

Age group athlete with wide experience on marathon and Ultra marathon training & races, PB of 2h27minutes on Marathon distance, 3h17min on 50km.

Age group triathlete with several 70.3 and full IM races with a PB of 9h09min in 2016 (IM Mallorca) and a Kona World Championship finish Line in 2017.
